20 Thoughts to Keep You Sane

Raising teens is HARD! I often feel stuck and hopeless. Here are some great thoughts to try on when you need some encouragement. I like repeating them when I am doing something mindless, like driving or making meals. Words are powerful so let’s choose some great ones!
