Support For Parents

Parenting teenagers feels like a whole new level of parenting, doesn’t it? Their brains, bodies, thinking styles, beliefs, and emotions all go through a complete overhaul. It can be a lonely time for us as parents because teen problems are bigger and more private, and we don’t want to embarrass them or break their trust in us.

However, parents need support too! I have a variety of ways I can help and support you as a parent.

Free Facebook Community

I have a Facebook group for the parents of teens called Raising Inspired Teens. In it, I share helpful information, funny memes, occasional personal experiences, and ask questions. You can also ask any questions you might have. Make sure you check out the free PDFs in the files section. A few of them are shared below.

You can also email me anytime at rachelle@theinspiredteen.com.

Coaching for Parents

Life coaching calls are one-on-one conversations with me about any topic that you need help with.

Life coaching is designed to help you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings and where you might be getting stuck. I would love to help you uncover thought fallacies, resolve emotions, unravel conflicting messages, set goals, overcome obstacles, improve your relationships, and become who you want to be. Even a single call can help so much, and I offer a free call to anyone who wants to try one.

Coaching can help when you:

  • Desire greater confidence in your parenting

  • Want to feel closer to your teen

  • Feel afraid, anxious, and hopeless

  • Struggle setting boundaries

  • Feel stuck mentally or emotionally

  • Don’t know how to talk to your teen

  • Need new tips, strategies, and resources for parenting teens

  • Worry you’ve lost the connection you used to have with your teen

  • Aren’t sure what’s “normal” for teenagers

  • Don’t know how to talk about difficult subjects

  • Want to change how you react in specific situations

  • Desperately need hope, peace, and empowerment

If you are wondering if life coaching can help you, click the button below to take a short quiz.

“Rachelle is terrific at listening for the ‘why’ in your comments. She uses this to help guide the thought process for what needs to be done to change the situation. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with her!” Jessica P.

Teens and Screens: Parenting with Hope in a Digital Age

Screens are SO challenging to manage with teenagers. I was so overwhelmed (and terrified) when my first teen got a phone, so I decided to research more and then share what I learned in a comprehensive course for parents. I cover topics like video games, social media, monitoring screens, and more. You can learn more about the course on a separate page by clicking the link below.

This course, along with a lot of other fantastic resources, is available inside the membership area of this website. Click below to sign up!
