Does your student know HOW to study?

Many of our students are wasting time reading and rereading their materials, and they don’t know how to study effectively. They get overwhelmed by all they “have” to study, and they forget that they get to choose HOW they study and that is the best part! Once they have created their own toolkit for how they learn best, they can open it up apply it whenever they need to the rest of their lives.

I have created a powerful three-hour seminar for tweens, teens, and college students (anyone middle school and up) based off the The Anti-Boring Approach to Studying by Gretchen Wegner. I am currently teaching these strategies to my individual academic coaching students, and they are feeling more confident and their grades are improving. I feel like EVERY student needs this information and I am excited to teach it in a group setting in July.

▪️ How to know when you are “finished” studying

▪️ Organizing with the end in mind

There will be a snack/soda bar set up during the entire seminar, and I will be providing pizza at the end for lunch. Each participant will also get a handbook, pencils, and their own whiteboard to take home with them.

Cost: $40 per student, $100 for a family of three or more
